We incorporate several fresh vegetables and a variety of hot peppers to arrive at the unique BABA SCOTCH flavor but the Scotch Bonnet pepper is the heart of everything. It’s an exciting experience and Scotch Bonnet is the main event. The company started in 2020 and is managed by the owner who has been growing Scotch Bonnet peppers since 1993.
